How do I receive the voucher?

Your gift voucher will be emailed to you after purchasing. The email will include the voucher and a link to its unique code. This unique code is used at checkout to redeem the value of the voucher. You may forward the email to the recipient or print out the unique code if you wish.

Does the total value of the voucher have to be spent in one order?

No, it doesn’t. Each gift voucher holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order if the denomination allows. Gift voucher balances are applied to the total value of an order including GST and shipping.

How do I redeem the voucher?

During checkout, check the gift voucher option to indicate you want to enter a gift voucher code for payment.

When redeeming your gift voucher, the checkout displays one of the following options:

• If the balance available on the gift voucher is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click Complete Order.
• If the balance available on the gift voucher is less than the order total, you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
