Shipping policy

We offer a flat shipping rate for New Zealand orders of $7.99 nationwide.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email and you will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.

Our shipping service requires a signature on delivery. If you will not be home during standard delivery hours (9am to 5pm), we recommend shipping to your work address. Please ensure you add the company or business name to your address to avoid any issues when shipping to a work address.

International Shipping

International shipping is available, pricing is calculated at checkout.

International Customs Charges Information

Orders are shipped from New Zealand. Import customs duties and taxes may be required in your country. FLOSSé has no control over these taxes and cannot advise what they will be once your parcel has arrived.

All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and FLOSSé will not pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and FLOSSé will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
