We want you to love everything you buy from FLOSSé so please let us know if you have any problems. If your FLOSSé order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 10 days of purchase.
Please choose your FLOSSé manicures carefully, as we do not offer refunds or replacements due to ‘change of mind’ purchases. If the product you have bought is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
In the unlikely event that you believe your item to be faulty, contact us at info@FLOSSe.co.nz with your order number and photos of the faulty product. Faulty product must be returned using the tracked return shipping label you will be provided with. Any product lost in transit not using the supplied return shipping label, will be the sole responsibility of the user, you.
